50 hour Program. Counts towards 500 hour YTT or Stand alone course for yoga teachers.

Format:

Four  8 hour modules four weekends plus monthly practice session – all online.

Schedule:

  Four 8 Hour Curriculum Modules:

1. January 4 & 5, 2025. 8 am – 12 noon Saturday and Sunday, AST.
2. May 3 & 4, 2025. 8 am – 12 noon Saturday and Sunday, AST.
3. July 12 & 13, 2025. 8 am – 12 noon Saturday and Sunday, AST.
4. Oct 1o & 11, 2025. 8 am – 12 noon Saturday and Sunday, AST.

  Monthly 1.5 hour online group meditations. Nine Sundays 10:30 am – 12 noon on Jan 12, Feb 16, March 9, April 20, May 11, June 15, July 20, Aug 10, Sept 21.

Tuition: $1000 plus HST. Payment plans available.
