The TAYS 200 Hour YTT is a tried and true teacher training program that has graduated hundreds of yogi teachers over the last 20+ years.  Blending traditional philosophies with western practices, this course will deepen your practice and understanding and help you develop the skills you need to share it effectively and safely with others.

Enrolment is OPEN for the Online Therapeutic Approach Yoga Teacher Training. Starts with online introduction to program with director upon successful application.

Topics Include:

• Yoga Anatomy
• Yoga History
• Asana (poses) – alignment, modifications, assists
• Yoga Philosophy based on the Eight Limbs of Yoga of Patanjali
• Chakras which are the basis of yogic physiology
• Teaching Methodology and Communication skills
• Pranayama (breathing)
• Meditation
• Scientific findings from quality studies

Location: Online.

Includes: Pre-recorded content, live 1:1 sessions monthly with the the lead trainer, and live group YTT online sessions with all YTT students once per month.

Schedule: Self paced with estimated time to complete – 1 year. This can vary and your program can be adapted to your schedule needs with a 1:1 planning session with the director once your application is received.

Tuition: $2600 plus HST. Payment plans available.
